  • Cupcake/cake stand rental (cupcakes/cake not included)
  • Games (2-3) and crafts (1) all lead by party hostess (themed background music included)
  • Mini candy buffet
  • Party favor for each guest to take home

​We accept cash, money orders, or payment through PayPal which accepts credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, or PayPal accounts.  


A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation for all themed parties. If your deposit has not been received within 48 HOURS your reservation will be lifted and the date will become available again.   


Payment of balance:  We will contact you 4-5 days before the party for final guest numbers.  This is called "party building" week!  We will email you an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining balance online. If paying by credit card, this payment must be made 24 hours prior to your event. If you wish to pay in cash or money order, that payment may be made upon arrival the day of your party.


For Handmade Decor:  Please note we need at least 2 weeks for processing any order.  All orders placed less than two weeks prior to party will include a $20 "rush order" fee in addition to total invoice.   


How do reservations get made?


After your initial phone consult, if you decide you would like to book a party with us, you will have 48 hours to pay your deposit.  That deposit holds your date.  After that deposit is made we will schedule a time to have your design consult (usually lasts about an hour).   It is recommended that you book your party 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during the spring and summer months.  This is when our days book quickly.  We will take reservations up to 6 months in advance.  


HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A PARTY?


We have a variety of packages to choose from.  You have options as to how much to spend. Please call or email us for more information and quotes!



HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU SUGGEST I BOOK A PARTY?


​It is highly recommended that you book your party with us at least 4 weeks in advance.  The spring and summer months have us rather busy so we suggest booking as early as possible.  We take reservations up to 6 months in advance.  



WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU PROVIDE BAKED GOODS OR TREATS?


We do NOT provide baked goods, however, can help you find just the right people to provide you that service.  The treats we do offer are those that may be included in the take home favor bags or mini candy buffets and will all be reviewed with you before offered.  Candy used for buffets will be prepackaged and set up at the venue (or your home).


WHAT IF MY CHILD GETS SICK AND WE CANNOT HAVE THE PARTY ON THE RESERVED DATE?


​At Two and a Bean we know that life happens!  Especially with children!  In the event of severe illness where you cannot host your party, we offer one back up date. As long as you can host the back up date you will not lose your deposit.  If you cancel the second date or decide not not have a back up date, your deposit will not be refunded.
